Each committee Chair serves a two-year term, followed by an additional two-year term as Immediate Past Chair to help ensure continuity and consistent leadership.

The Vesicle Vibe: AAEV Online Seminar Series will serve as an educational platform for junior faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and students involved in EV research.
The series will feature two types of events:

1. Junior faculty/postdoc-led research presentations

2. Fireside chat conversations with senior faculty

Developing and refining award categories for AAEV conferences
Establishing selection criteria and evaluation processes to ensure fairness, transparency, and recognition of outstanding contributions in extracellular vesicle research.
